By accessing or using KurdGeo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

KurdGeo provides a cloud mapping platform that includes API access to routing and tile services, usage analytics, and API key management. The Service is powered by self-hosted OpenStreetMap and OSRM infrastructure.

3. API Usage

You are responsible for all API requests made using your API keys. You must not:

• • Share, sell, or transfer your API keys to third parties
• • Use the Service for illegal activities or to violate any laws
• • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or quotas
• • Reverse engineer or scrape the Service beyond documented API usage

4. Plans and Billing

KurdGeo offers multiple plans including a free trial. Plan limits (requests per day, rate limits, API keys, projects) are enforced automatically. Exceeding limits will result in HTTP 429 responses.

5. Data and Privacy

We collect minimal data necessary to operate the Service. Your API usage data is used to provide analytics and enforce quotas. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur. Check our status page for real-time updates.

7. Limitation of Liability

KurdGeo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
